The measure provides support for investments aimed at improving the basic services for the population and infrastructure on the whole territory of the LAG Stambolovo - Kardzhali 54. Support is for the creation of basic services related to a settlement or group of settlements and the related provision / rehabilitation of local small-scale infrastructure.The grant provided under measure 7.2 supports the achievement of Objective 2. Improving the living environment and business for the protection of biodiversity on the territory, Priority 4. Improving the living environment will address the needs of the population and the business of the territory related to :mproving the quantity and quality of drinking water in some settlements;
• development of areas for recreation and public tourist use;
• building a basic access infrastructure for people with disabilities and the elderly;
• improvement of the state of the roads in the territory;
• improving the street network;
• construction and maintenance of green areas and playgrounds;
• improving the state of the buildings offering social services to the citizens;
• improving the condition of buildings offering cultural activities and opportunities for leisure and leisure, such as clubs, halls and other premises
• preserving the environment in the region from pollution related to animal husbandry and agricultural land cultivation with chemicals;
• Conservation and maintenance of the rich biodiversity;
• preservation, consolidation and restoration of key ecosystems, habitats, species and genetic resources;
• Ensuring conditions for sustainable use of biological resources.Specific objective 8. Improve the appearance of settlements. The goal addresses the important needs of the local community. In addition to providing a more welcoming environment for residents, it must lead to an improvement in the tourist appearance of the settlements, especially those with tourist potential. The maximum impact of projects on the population will be sought, which will benefit from the improved basic services. Projects introducing innovative technologies or investments with ecological effect will be preferred under equal other conditions.
