Completed/terminated procedure

The objective of this procedure is to bring regional and local policy-making ideas into a policy of income and living standards based on partnerships between citizens, business and social partners to improve the effectiveness of income policy and its coordination with other relevant public policies. The implementation of the operation will create conditions for effective implementation, monitoring, coordination, reporting and evaluation of the living and income policy in the country and in the regional aspect.

We will analyze the impact of new factors on labor incomes in addition to traditionally applied variables, such as minimum wage levels, access to the labor market, qualifications and education, incentives for job creation, limiting regional disparities and poverty reduction.

Through the implementation of the project activities, conditions will be created for:

• Improvement / monitoring system in the field of living standards and labor income;

• Establishment of a coordination mechanism for the various stakeholders involved in the implementation of the income policy measures;

• Establishment of an improved methodology for assessment of the living standards per regions in the country.
