Measure 04 “Support for infrastructure and services related to the renewal and development of the fisheries territory” is in the scope of Priority 3 Promoting social welfare, cultural and natural heritage in the fisheries area of ​​the FLAG Samokov Strategy. Strategic Objective 2. "Increasing employment and increasing the attractiveness of fisheries territory"

The objectives of the project proposal should be consistent with both the objectives of Measure 04 and the priorities and corresponding objectives of the approved CLLD Strategy, as follows:Adding value, creating jobs, attracting young people and promoting innovation at all stages of the supply chain of fisheries and aquaculture products;Supporting diversification within or outside the fisheries and aquaculture sector for commercial purposes, lifelong learning and job creation in fisheries and aquaculture areas;Improving and exploiting the environmental assets of fisheries and aquaculture areas, including climate change mitigation operations;Promoting social well-being and cultural heritage in fisheries and aquaculture areas, including fisheries, aquaculture and marine cultural heritage;Enhancing the role of fisheries communities in local development and the management of local resources in fisheries and maritime activities.

The objectives and objectives of the project should be clearly and consistently described and structured and help to achieve one or more of the objectives listed in the measure.The implemented projects under the measure should lead to: improved services or infrastructure for the community.
