Through this operation participation in various forms of lifelong learning is expected to increase, including for vulnerable groups. The specificity of each group will be taken into account in the implementation of the operation. This will allow for better labor market placement for the participants in such forms. Social and communication skills of young people and adults will be improved. The new knowledge obtained will lead to increased quality of life. Adult participation in literacy courses as well as courses for acquiring the lower secondary educational content and the obtaining of documents for acquired competences in primary and secondary education degree after passing the necessary exams will enable them to continue their education, to participate in the labor market or to continue their studies to acquire a level of professional qualification.
