The aim of the Programme is development of the Human Resources involved in the area of Science.
The aim is to raise the staff qualifications in the field of Research and Development (R&D), to ensure sufficient highly qualified people with practical experience in research and attract researchers from abroad for R&D activities. It aims to promote the interest of children, youth and the general public towards research activities and their results.
