The operation is implemented in support of measure No 3 ''Establishing of competencies for independence, studying, working and support of personal development'' as part of the updated action plan for implementation of the national strategy ''Vision for deinstitutionalisation of children in Republic of Bulgaria'', adopted by Council of Ministers Decision No 859/ dated 13.10.2016.
The general objective of the operation is to contribute to the prevention of institutionalisation, to promote the social inclusion of children and youngsters in disadvantage situation including those with disabilities and at risk who are placed at residential services through implementation of measures in direction of establishing competencies for independence, studying, working and support of personal development''.
