The purpose of the grant procedure is to reduce the number of economic
inactive young people outside education and training and encourage the development of
an entrepreneurial initiative in them, as ida provided the preconditions for creating a
sustainable jobs, activation and integration into employment for the unemployed and economically
inactive persons
