The operation is in the context of the overall process of creating an independent lifestyle for the elderly and people with disabilities by providing quality, affordable and effective cross-sectoral long-term care services, tailored to the actual needs of people in the community.
The purpose of the operation shall be to remove disabled and elderly people from specialized institutions, prevent the institutionalization of these persons by providing social services in the community for daytime and part-time care (Day Care Centers of people with various forms of dementia and their families) and support and provision of social services of a resident type (Care Centers for the Disabled and the Elderly - for people with mental disorders, people with intellectual disability, people with various forms of dementia and age inability to self-service).
