Completed/terminated procedure

The purpose of the procedure is to increase the capacity of GLI EA to implement control activities on the labor market. The procedure contributes to the improvement of the control activity on the prevention of undeclared work, both in the national aspect and in the context of labor mobility. Measures will be taken to more efficiently and promptly identify the most risky objects of control in the various directions - undeclared work, safety and health at work, mobility of the workforce, etc., covering a larger part of the subjects that fall into the scope of the checks. The procedure contributes to achieving the principles laid down in Chapter II "Fair working conditions" of the European Pillar of Social Rights.
