Establishemnt of service access hubs in five pre-defined municipalities: Ruzhintsi, Kaynardzha, Nikola Kozlevo, Chuprene and Antonovo in order to facilitate access of vulnerable groups to social, health and educational services through a centralized "one-stop shop" model.
