The procedure will support the implementation of measures to promote the inclusion of unemployed and inactive people in the labor force and participation in the labor market, with a particular additional focus on some disadvantaged groups.
The main objective of the procedure is to provide access to employment for jobseekers and inactive persons, including long-term unemployed and people away from the labor market, through local employment initiatives. The implementation of a package of measures for identification, motivation, counseling and psychological assistance, as well as the inclusion in the labor market-specific training and access to employment, will provide preconditions for creating sustainable jobs for the unemployed and inactive persons.
The inclusion of unemployed and inactive people in trainings tailored to the individual needs of the respective workplace and employment subsidiarity will contribute to their integration into a real work environment. Improving their professional skills and acquiring new knowledge from target groups will give them a chance to work and facilitate the process of finding one in the future. The accumulation of valuable professional experience and the provided opportunities for long-term employment of all the unemployed involved will help them to become more successful in the long-term labor market.
