The overall objective of the direct award scheme is to ensure integrated approach for focused and coordinated implementation of energy efficiency (EE) and renewable energy sources measures in all economic sectors in line with the government policy in the sphere of EE and the national strategic documents and plans through provision of support to SEDA for institutional capacity building measures for EE and sustainable energy development.
