Measure 7.2. "Investments in the Creation, Improvement or Expansion of All Small-Scale Infrastructure" from the Community-led Local Development Strategy on the territory of the LAG-Razlog, selected from Measure 7 "Basic Services and Rural Renovation" of the Development Program rural areas for the period 2014-2020

The implementation of this procedure is carried out through a selection procedure for project proposals in accordance with Art. 25, para. 1, item 1 of ZUSESIF.

The projects under the procedure are implemented in the territory of the "Razlog" LAG, which coincides with the administrative-territorial boundaries of Razlog Municipality, Blagoevgrad Region, South-West Planning Region.

Providing support for small-scale public infrastructure is aimed at promoting social inclusion, poverty reduction and economic development on the territory of the Razlog LAG.

Public infrastructure is a key factor in providing basic services to urban and rural populations and ensuring access to them. Sustainable socio-economic development of rural areas is inextricably linked to existing infrastructure and the quality of services provided to the rural population.

In order to reduce the existing disparities between rural and urban areas, the provision of focused support will create, improve or expand small-scale infrastructure within the municipality of Razlog, which falls within the definition of a rural area. Support will thus help to reduce disproportions in the territorial distribution of the population and the depopulation of rural areas.
