The current procedure aims to improve the working environment in enterprises by ensuring good and safe working conditions as well as efficient and flexible forms of work organization and human resources management, which in turn is expected to improve the quality of jobs and to have a positive impact on the productivity of the enterprises. The introduction of new organizational practices, models and systems for human resource management and investment in safe and healthy working conditions are among the ways to make progress in this direction. Providing opportunities for introducing flexible forms of employment will contribute to reconciling the working and personal lives of employees as well as to longer employment in older workers. The operation also aims to promote the geographical mobility of the labor force in the territory of the LAG - the Municipality of Maritsa, by supporting employers by providing transport to the employees in the enterprises, in order to preserve their employment and increase sustainable employment levels when the workplace is outside the populated area of their place of work.
