The operation aims to optimize workflows in GLI EA focusing on improving the planning process inspection and introduction of innovations in training of staff.

The operation provides improved methods for planning the activities of inspectors through a new database objects and control system for planning inspection activities taking into account their risk potential. In order to optimize the process will be developed and new flexible forms of inspection by elements of self-control and animation of committees working conditions (WCC) and Groups Working Conditions (WCG) in enterprises.

On the other hand through the project would increase the awareness of employers and employees in companies with respect to providing healthy and safe working conditions and observance of labor legislation

At the same time, the operation will implement activities aimed at increasing the capacity of human resources in the GLI EA through the introduction of innovative methods of training, e-learning system and control of knowledge and training in emerging fields.

Through these two approaches aimed complete optimization of the Agency's activities that make optimal use of available and well trained human resource to ensure quality labor inspectorate.
