The technical assistance under the programme will provide the necessary support for the management of the programme and for the introduction of good practices and approaches in the programming, management, implementation, monitoring, control and evaluation of the programme, as well as for communication and publicity measures, exchange of experience and building of an expert and motivated human resource. The main objective is to support the successful implementation of the programme, its promotion, including the contribution of the European Social Fund Plus, as well as to enhance the administrative capacity of the MA and of the beneficiaries, in line with the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2021/1057, Regulation (EU) 2021/1060 and Regulation (EU) 2018/1046.
